Connections

Zapier

Turn camera incidents into messages, tasks and useful automations.

Connect your account

Zapier connects Agentinosaurus to the tools you already use. An active Business plan or an Enterprise agreement with automation access is required. Your Zapier plan and connected services may have their own charges.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and choose Create automation.
  2. In Zapier, choose Agentinosaurus and sign in to connect your account.
  3. Review the access request. Incident summaries are optional; no footage, frames or OpenAI keys are shared.

Choose what starts the automation

New Incident runs once for each new incident. Incident Resolved runs when subsequent observations mark it resolved; this does not guarantee safety. Choose a camera and one of its Events, or leave the filters empty.

Monitoring Interrupted runs after a sustained interruption of at least two minutes. Monitoring Restored runs when monitoring resumes. Choose the camera you want to follow.

Choose what happens next

Send an SMS through Twilio, post to Slack or Teams, add a Google Sheets row, or create an Asana or Trello task. Select the app and action in Zapier, then use the camera name, Event name, time and incident link in your message or task.

Use a test event to check your setup before switching the automation on. A test is labelled as an example, but it can still send a real message or create a task.

Check delivery and stay in control

Settings → Integrations shows your connections, subscribed triggers and recent deliveries. Delivered to Zapier means Zapier accepted the event; check its run history to see whether later actions completed.

Disconnect a connection to stop its automations and cancel pending deliveries. A delivery already sent cannot be recalled. If automation access ends, new deliveries stop; cancelled events are not replayed when access returns.

Keep a person involved in decisions that affect safety. Automation can help your team respond, but a detected incident is not proof that an event happened exactly as described.
