Everyday use

Review an incident

See what was noticed, when it happened and which camera saw it.

Start with the Message

Open the Message or go to Incidents. You will find the Event, camera, time and description. Active means the incident is still open; Resolved means the observed situation has ended. Interrupted means monitoring lost continuity before a normal resolution.

Look at a snapshot

A local snapshot can help you review the scene. It stays on the Station rather than our servers. Open it while the Station is online and your browser can reach it on the local network.

Snapshots are kept for up to seven days, subject to the Station’s storage limit. An older snapshot may no longer be available even when the incident description remains in your history.

Know what the history represents

Descriptions reflect the images assessed by the system. They are not a continuous video recording. Use the camera view and your own judgment when deciding how to respond.
