Get your alerts
Read every alert in the app and choose where Push Notifications arrive.
Messages stay in your workspace
Messages are always enabled. They collect event alerts and monitoring updates, with the camera name and time. Open a Message to review the camera or incident, and mark it read when you have checked it.
Turn on Push
- Sign in on the device where you want notifications.
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Enable Push and accept your browser’s notification permission.
- Repeat on each device where you want alerts.
Using an iPhone
Open the website in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. Open that installed web app, sign in and enable Push from Notifications.
If a notification does not arrive, check device permissions, Focus settings and your connection. Messages remain available in the app even when a device does not show a Push Notification.
