ChatGPT in monitoring for businesses

You locked up, drove home, and now you’re wondering about the back door. Give your cameras instructions that follow your business, through the working day and long after everyone has gone home.

You can’t be in every room of your own business

It’s 10:40 p.m. You locked up an hour ago. Somewhere between the parking lot and your front door, the question starts: did the back door actually latch? You open the camera app, scroll, squint at a dark grey image, and close it again, not really sure.

During the day it’s the opposite problem. You’re serving a customer while a delivery waits at the dock, a queue builds at the checkout, and someone has stacked boxes in front of the fire exit again. You have cameras covering all of it, and no spare eyes to watch any of them.

Your cameras are already in the right places. What they’re missing is a job.

Brief your cameras like you’d brief your team

With Agentinosaurus, you give each camera instructions in plain words, the way you’d brief a new shift lead. “A pallet blocks the marked exit.” “Someone enters the storeroom after closing.” “A person falls from a ladder in aisle B.”

Each instruction is an Event, and each camera gets its own Agent to watch for it. No vendor list decides what your business is allowed to care about. You know your floor, your hours and your risks. Now your cameras can know them too.

When the business changes, so do the instructions. Move the delivery bay, change the opening hours, add a new rule, then update a sentence. The same camera takes on a new job in a minute, without a new preset or a new installer.

The problems that never make the news

Break-ins are why most businesses buy cameras. But the expensive problems are often quieter: a fire exit blocked for a week before an inspection, a door propped open on a cold night, stock left in the wrong place, a worker hurt on a shift where nobody was nearby.

These are the moments a manager would fix in thirty seconds, if only someone had noticed. They don’t need a security guard. They need attention, at the right time, sent to the right person.

Shops, cafés, warehouses, workshops, building sites, care homes: the approach is the same everywhere. Only the words change.

On shift around the clock

Station is a small app that runs on a Windows or Linux computer on your network. Keep that computer on and online, and your Agents keep watching through the day, the night and the weekend. Nobody needs to keep a browser open.

Choose how each camera watches. “When movement is detected” is right for doors, docks and entrances. “Continuously” is right where the problem is something staying still: a blocked exit, a person on the floor, a door that should have closed.

Our calculator estimates usage across your cameras, hours and activity before you commit. Your Agentinosaurus subscription covers the product and camera slots; AI analysis is billed through your selected provider account.

From “someone noticed” to “someone acted”

When an Agent sees one of your Events, you get a Message in plain language with the camera and the time, plus an incident you can review. Push Notifications reach the phones of the people who should know: the owner, the shift lead, the person with the keys.

On Business, Webhooks send incidents straight into the tools your team already uses, so an alert becomes a task, a ticket or a message in the right channel instead of another dashboard nobody checks.

Before you write an Event, ask one question: when this alert arrives, who does what? If the answer is “Sam clears the exit” or “I call the alarm company”, you’ve written a good Event.

Your footage, your account

Your Station sends frames directly to your selected AI provider using the API key you provide, including your organization’s own key and billing. Your footage doesn’t pass through our servers. Your workspace stores results, Messages and settings, and incident snapshots stay on the Station, on your premises.

Be open with the people who work for you. Tell them which areas are watched and why. An Agent watching for falls from a ladder or a blocked exit is something a team can be glad of, as long as everyone knows it’s there.

And keep your alarms, fire systems and emergency procedures exactly as they are. An Agent is the colleague who notices early, not a replacement for any of them.

Start with the camera you check most

You already know which camera that is: the one you open late at night, or the one that covers the problem that keeps coming back. Start there. One camera, one Event, one real test with the person who would act on the alert.

When it earns its place, add the next view. The goal isn’t to watch everything. It’s to never again find out the next morning about something you could have fixed last night.

Big companies have control rooms. Now a single shop, café or workshop can have something close: attention that never clocks off, directed by the person who knows the place best. You.
